Overview

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked on a wide range of real estate projects — from highly sensitive public entitlements to speculative residential development and large-scale mixed-use master planning. The case studies below are representative examples selected to illustrate how I approach development challenges, manage risk, and execute projects over time.
